Qualification checklist
Decide fast whether Helix fits, and route if it doesn't.
Good-fit signals (lean in)
- Sells something considered, where buyers research before they buy.
- Growth leans on referrals and word of mouth, with no steady inbound.
- Owner or operator can approve work daily and wants it run for them.
- Has a website and a CMS we can ship to.
- One brand with one or two core offers.
- Cares about customers and revenue, not vanity metrics.
Bad-fit signals (slow down, reset expectations)
- Wants guaranteed rankings by a fixed date. We drive outcomes; we don't promise a position by Tuesday.
- Wants offline or brand-agency work: logos, print, signage, events, direct mail. Out of scope.
- No decision-maker on the call and no path to one.
- Expects to never look at it. Ten minutes of approvals a day is the floor.
Disqualifiers (don't sell it)
- Needs a one-off campaign rather than an ongoing system.
- Won't give access to a site or accounts to publish.
- Budget below the $99 entry plan and no path to value.
Route instead
- "We're drowning in inbound, follow-up, and admin" goes to Snappy Agents (capture demand).
- "We don't know where AI helps us at all" goes to GetLatest AI (implement the system). Start with a mapping call.
- Growth and operations both hurting: the GetLatest AI umbrella; sequence Helix and Snappy.
