What's the difference between the plans?
Volume and coaching. Starter is 1 blog and 2 social posts a week. Growth doubles the output and adds a monthly coaching session. Pro adds community comments and a second monthly session. Every plan includes human review, the four measurement scores, and a weekly report.
What are the coaching sessions?
A 30-minute working session with a Helix strategist: review what's working, decide what to focus on next. One a month on Growth, two a month on Pro. It's the part a self-serve tool can't give you - a human who knows your account.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, both directions. No contracts, no setup fees. If you cancel, you're not billed again.
What's Custom?
For multiple brands, higher volume than Pro, done-for-you review, or managed paid ads. We scope it with you on a short call and set the plan up for you.
How do I pay?
Monthly by card. First charge on signup, then the same day each month. Cancel any time.
Is there a referral discount?
Yes. Refer a business that takes a call with us and you get 10% off that month. If they become a paying customer, that turns into 50% off the month they convert. Details on the referrals page.
