Offer-fit decision tree
Which of the three offers fits, based on the buyer's primary pain.
The one question that routes everything
"What is costing you the most right now: not enough people find you, or you can't keep up with the ones who do?"
The tree
"No one finds us. Growth is all referrals. We're invisible on Google and in AI."
Route to Helix (create demand). Run discovery, then send the Helix one-pager.
"We get plenty of interest, but leads slip, follow-up is late, admin is burying us."
Route to Snappy Agents (capture demand). The operations crew: follow-up, front desk, scheduling, admin.
"We know AI matters but have no idea where it actually helps us. We need a plan and someone to build it."
Route to GetLatest AI (implement the system). Start with a mapping call; GetLatest decides which crew comes first and builds it.
"Honestly, both. We're hard to find and we're drowning."
Route to the GetLatest AI umbrella. Sequence it: usually capture first if they are actively losing leads today (Snappy), or create first if the pipeline is empty (Helix). GetLatest builds and runs both so they compound.
Rule of thumb
- Empty pipeline: start with Helix.
- Full pipeline they can't keep up with: start with Snappy.
- Doesn't know: GetLatest maps it.
Don't force it
If none of these is a clear yes, they are not ready. Book the mapping call and let the diagnosis do the selling. A wrong-fit sale costs more than a slow one.
