Objection handling
The objection, what's usually underneath it, and the response. Never argue; name the real concern and answer it.
"It's too expensive."
Underneath: they haven't tied it to revenue yet.
Response: One new customer usually covers several months of Helix. Agencies charge $5K to $15K for one channel; Helix runs all four outcomes from $99/mo. Let's do the math on what one customer is worth to you.
"We already have an agency or a marketer."
Underneath: they don't want to fire anyone or admit a bad spend.
Response: Keep them. They likely own one channel. Helix runs the other three outcomes and the conversion work, and we make their content go further. If there's overlap after 90 days, you'll see it in the Friday reports.
"SEO takes forever."
Underneath: they got burned by a slow agency.
Response: Search does compound over months, which is why we run four outcomes at once. AI-answer citations, conversation replies, and page conversion move in weeks, so you see traction while search builds.
"AI content is spammy."
Underneath: they've seen bad auto-generated pages.
Response: Every piece answers a real question your buyers are asking, and nothing publishes without your approval. You approve in ten minutes a day. If a draft is off, it doesn't ship.
"We tried marketing and it didn't work."
Underneath: no system, no proof of what worked, gave up.
Response: Usually it was one channel with no way to see what worked. Helix ties every activity to one of four scores and reports every Friday. You'll know what's working in weeks instead of guessing.
"We don't have time for this."
Underneath: they're already underwater.
Response: That's the reason to use Helix. You approve ten minutes a day and we do the rest. It takes work off your plate instead of adding to it.
"Can we start smaller?"
Underneath: risk hedging.
Response: Starter is already the small start at $99/mo: one blog and two social posts a week, cancel anytime. Move up when you're ready. Trying one channel is what leaves you invisible in the other three.
"Let me think about it."
Response: Fair. What's the one thing you'd need to be sure of to say yes? Let's answer that now. And know that every month, a competitor is earning the ranking, citation, and thread that get harder to take back.
