Manufacturing
Get found by the engineer or buyer sourcing exactly what you make, then prove you can hold the job before the RFQ goes elsewhere.
The problem
Buyers source what they can find. An engineer or purchasing lead searches a process, a material, or a part spec, checks who serves their industry and holds the tolerance, and asks AI for a shortlist of suppliers. If your capabilities never show up, or the site does not prove you can hold the spec, the RFQ goes to a shop that does. Most shops know their site reads like a generic equipment list and still cannot fix it: the work is constant, spans a dozen surfaces, and never fits into a full production week.
What Helix drives: four outcomes
Every activity ties back to one of four scores. No vanity metrics.
- Get found on Google. Rank for the process, material, and industry searches a buyer types before they send an RFQ ("Swiss machining supplier for medical," "ISO 13485 CNC shop," "injection molder for [material]"). We audit the site, find the keywords you're a position or two from the top on, publish the posts that win them, and measure rank movement weekly.
- Get found in AI answers. Be cited when a buyer asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, or Google AI Overviews for a supplier that runs your process, in your tolerance, for their industry. We ask those tools weekly with real sourcing questions, publish the posts shaped like the answer those tools quote, and ship the missing pieces.
- Get found in conversations. Show up where engineers and buyers already talk shop: LinkedIn, industry and engineering subreddits, trade forums, and the YouTube channels and sourcing communities they read before they shortlist a supplier. We watch everywhere people talk and reply in your voice, inside what you approve.
- Turn found into customers. Traffic is wasted if the capability page doesn't get the RFQ. We drive the right buyers there and measure whether they convert, then show you what's helping or hurting: the processes, materials, and tolerances you hold, capacity and lead-time answers, a clear path to submit an RFQ, and the certifications and past-work proof that earn the job. You know exactly what to fix.
Scope: we work the places online where these four are won or lost. No logos, signage, print, or direct mail.
How it runs: three engines
- Authority Engine - blog posts, comparison pages, use cases, tutorials, newsletters. Every piece answers a real buyer question. Feeds all four outcomes.
- Social Engine - X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, forums, plus we watch for buyers who are ready. Feeds AI answers, conversations, and conversion.
- Outreach Engine - signal-based outreach: we catch buyers the moment they tip their hand (asking for a recommendation, calling out a competitor, actively shopping) and send a personal first message about the exact thing that just happened. No templates, no blasts. Plus direct outreach to creators, partners, and journalists whose audience overlaps yours. Feeds Google, AI answers, and conversations.
You approve in ten minutes a day. We ship. A real report lands every Friday.
What gets owners excited: signal-based outreach
SEO and AI citations are a build that pays off over months. Signal-based outreach pays off now. The moment a buyer tips their hand (asks for a recommendation, calls out a competitor, or starts actively shopping) we catch it and send a personal note about that exact thing. No templates, no blasts. And it runs on the same system as your content and your rankings, so every piece feeds the next: the outreach points to the article that ranks, the article earns the AI citation, the citation earns the next mention. Any one channel is a line item. Run together, they are a growth system.

All four outcomes and three engines on every plan. No setup fees. Cancel anytime.
Who it's for
Owners of small and mid-size machine shops, fabricators, contract and OEM manufacturers, and component suppliers whose capabilities are better than their website, where engineers and buyers research before they send the RFQ, and who want the whole growth surface run for them instead of hiring one channel at a time.
Not for: shops that need offline or brand-agency work (logos, print, events) or a single one-off campaign.
