Discovery questions
Use on the mapping call to surface which of the four outcomes is weakest. Ask, then listen.
Opener
- Walk me through how a new customer finds you today. Where do they usually come from?
- If referrals dried up tomorrow, where would new business come from?
Get found on Google
- When someone searches for what you sell, do you come up? Have you checked lately?
- Who writes your content and how often does something new go up?
- Has anyone mapped the questions your buyers type before they buy?
Get found in AI answers
- Have you asked ChatGPT or Perplexity who the good options are in your category? Are you in the answer?
- Do you know if your site is even shaped for an AI model to cite it?
Get found in conversations
- When people ask for a recommendation in your space on Reddit, LinkedIn, or a Facebook group, does your name come up?
- Do you know what the internet says about you right now?
Turn found into customers
- When someone lands on your site, what do you want them to do, and do they do it?
- Do you know your conversion rate, or where visitors drop off?
Money and urgency
- What is one new customer worth to you over a year?
- What happens to the business if this stays exactly as it is for the next twelve months?
- Who else weighs in on a decision like this, and what would make it a yes?
Read the room
- If they can't answer "do you show up on Google / in AI / in conversations," that is the pain. Name it back to them.
- If they say "we get enough referrals," reach for the Helix vs doing nothing card.
- If they mention drowning in inbound or admin, that is a Snappy Agents signal. Note it and route later.
