Who we are
You are handing us your candidate's voice.
That is not a small thing to hand a vendor, so here is who is on the other end of it, and the rules we hold ourselves to while we have it.
How we work
One campaign per race
We do not run both sides, and we do not run your opponent's. Whichever campaign signs first has the seat, whatever the party. It is the only rule that makes the rest of this trustworthy.
A person, not a login
You are not buying software to operate. Someone here is on your account, and the work arrives finished and waiting for your signature. If something is wrong, you tell a human.
Your people always sign
Nothing publishes that your campaign has not read and approved. We built the approval gate before we built the speed, because a fast mistake is still a mistake with your name on it.
We say what we do not do
We write and we place. Paid promotion, video production and polling are quoted separately or not at all, and they are listed in the open on the rates page rather than discovered later.
The people behind it
Helix is built and run by operators who use it on their own businesses first. It was not built for campaigns and then sold everywhere else; the campaign vertical is the same engine with a compliance gate on the front of it.
